October 7, 2019 PCI Centers
A vital part of our intensive outpatient rehab in Los Angeles is getting back into our daily lives and daily routines. This is why we offer multiple tracks at two different locations. We have facilities in both Malibu and Westlake Village, which creates more options for those looking to get treatment.
Being Flexible is an Important Part of Our Intensive Outpatient Program
Addiction is damaging to someone’s life in a multitude of ways. The recovery journey is, without a doubt, difficult and comes with a whole host of challenges almost every day. Here at PCI, we can help alleviate some of the most difficult and severe aspects of this rollercoaster of a journey. With our comfortable, non-judgmental, intensive outpatient treatment, it is possible to turn your life around.
Different Times For Different Lives
With life being hectic for a majority of us, it can seem difficult to incorporate treatment for substance abuse into your daily life and schedule. For this particular reason, PCI offers both mental health and substance abuse “tracks,” or paths during the week.
Our Westlake Village location is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9AM to 8PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9AM to 5PM. The programs at this location are much more intensive-focused, and the level of care is more geared towards several day long intensives for treatment.
Our Malibu location, although less intensive-based, offers more specialized, specific treatment modalities that can help reorient your life and help you get your independence back. Whether you are starting your day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated or ending your day on a positive, tranquil note, PCI can provide the best possible environment for you.
IOP – Morning and Evening
In the intensive outpatient program (IOP), our “mental health track” provides each group member with a safe space through both individual therapy and group therapy sessions to work on the different challenges associated with various psychological disorders, which is also associated with substance abuse and dependence.
We have both morning and evening time slots available for IOP clients. Our morning sessions (or day treatment sessions) are our most popular time slots for those between the ages of 18 and 30, however everyone is welcome. This is most popular at our Westlake Village location, which is about 45 minutes outside of Los Angeles—our facility would show up on a search of IOP programs in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
Many working professionals that work full time during the day that attend these sessions come later in the day. These evening sessions help them transition from their “professional” lives to their “regular” lives. This “Executive Track” puts together drug treatment with healthy coping strategies for everyday living, and how to manage these everyday stressors more constructively.
This track also helps those who attend to decompress from an often stressful workday. Having this healthy structure added to your evenings can help you to slow down, alleviate poor coping mechanisms, and allow you to have more peace of mind.
Our Ventura County Drug Treatment Programs
Our team has both a Ph.D and a Psy.D, so our clinicians are highly educated and well-versed in every aspect of mental heal and substance abuse. Our clinicians also help you get back into the swing of life through sober living. This would include both you and those around you to make sure that there are no drugs and/or alcohol around the living space.
Both our intensive, and non-intensive outpatient treatment includes a multitude of methods to help deal with complex trauma; drug, alcohol, and stimulant abuse; and a variety of psychological disorders.
Our various tracks also incorporate group therapy and art therapy, neurofeedback, and so much more. There is no doubt that you will find a track to meet your specific needs to help get you the care you deserve. We look forward to hearing from you and going on this journey with you.
