Alexandra Rosas, AMFT

Alexandra Rosas is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. She is a bilingual (English/Spanish) and bicultural therapist who is passionate about people receiving the individualized care they need. Alexandra received her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and has experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families in various school and clinical settings. She has experience working with people with various psychological and emotional needs, and specializes in working with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and/or are going through life transitions.

When working with clients, Alexandra believes in a holistic approach and works collaboratively with clients to develop a plan that best suits their needs. She prioritizes individuals feeling heard and accepted so they can feel comfortable expressing themselves and receive the help they need and deserve. Alexandra uses an integrative approach of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and psychodynamic theories to better provide individualized care specific to each person’s needs so they can maximize their potential and pursue any desired goals.
