We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, along with Psychodynamic treatment, Mindfulness-based, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
When clinically appropriate, we coordinate with prescribing providers to incorporate medications such as SSRIs to reduce symptoms and improve functioning.
We also integrate complementary strategies like mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and structured exercise to support resilience and emotional regulation.
