Ratiana Karapet

Ratiana Karapet is a doctoral trainee studying clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology. She earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. She also received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social behavior, as well as criminology, law, and society from the University of California, Irvine. She has close to three years of experience working in diverse mental health settings, including an inpatient psychiatric hospital, private practice, and community mental health. Her clinical interests include treating adult individuals who struggle with mental health conditions and substance use issues that impair their ability to live a life that aligns with their goals and values. Ratiana highlights her clients’ resilience and encourages her clients to utilize their strengths in order to improve functioning across different domains of their lives. Her eclectic approach to therapy allows her to use various techniques and interventions to address her clients’ needs.
