 edical director\, Dr. Joshua Diamond discussed the history of addiction\, 
 and how laws\, medical practice\, and social stigma created much of the in
 frastructure around substance use we see today during his presentation\, 
 “Substance Use Disorders among the Upper Middle Class: An unexpectedly u
 nderserved population.” In Dr. Michel Sucher’s presentation\, “Impai
 red Health Professionals: Diagnosis\, Treatment\, Reentry\,” he shares s
 everal case studies and personal experiences with health professionals uni
 que battles with substance use and how it can be treated. Attendees earned
  continued education (CE) credits for attending the presentation.\n\n  \n
